Barista / Front-of-House

Hours needed:

8:30am - 2:30pm. Part-time position, 30 hrs / week. Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday + Sunday

Requirements:

Food or customer service experience required. Barista experience preferred but not required
Friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Available weekends

Main Responsibilities:

Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations
Making drinks and housemade syrups
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Proactively knowledgeable of product offerings, ingredients, and possible allergens

Also includes but not limited to:

Collaborating with the team to share responsibilities like cleaning and monitoring supplies inventory
Helping monitor pastry inventory and online orders
Confidently answering phone orders and customer inquiries in a friendly manner

Compensation:

Part-time position, 30 hrs / week, $12 / hour
Shared % of daily tips, included in each paycheck
One free treat per shift (under $7) or taco. 20% employee discount on other items. 15 minute paid break for each 4 hour+ shift
